Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Mahmud LTD YouTube Channel Management Services

1. Refund Conditions

Full Refund (100%) Applies When:

  • Mahmud LTD fails to deliver the agreed-upon services
  • No work is submitted as per the original contract
  • Services do not commence within the agreed timeframe

No Refund Conditions:

  • Campaigns or promotions that have been initiated
  • Partial service completion
  • Client-requested modifications after service start

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund method will match the original payment method

3. Cancellation Terms

  • Service can be cancelled before commencement with full refund
  • 50% cancellation fee applies after service initiation
  • No refund for completed services

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are subject to individual contract terms
  • Complex or custom service packages may have unique refund conditions

5. Campaign and Promotion Specifics

  • No refunds for ongoing campaigns
  • Prepaid campaign budgets are non-refundable once initiated
  • Performance-based services have no refund provisions

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Refund disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion
  • Mediation can be requested if no resolution is reached
